THE PHIL HARDBERGER PARK CONSERVANCY IS A COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION OF INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED WITH THE EXCELLENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE 330-ACRE PARK, INCLUDING ITS LAND BRIDGE, AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE PARK'S NATIVE LANDSCAPE. THE CONSERVANCY PROVIDES NATURE-BASED EDUCATION PROGRAMMING TO THE PUBLIC TO ENCOURAGE UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEED FOR CONSERVATION OF NATURAL SPACES.
