CLUB LEAD AND LEADS PROGRAMS: CLUB LEAD: DURING- AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR 5TH-12TH GRADERS THAT TEACHES SELF-LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING GOAL SETTING, THE POWER OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS, TEAM DYNAMICS, AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.LEADERSHIP EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT SERIES (LEADS): PROGRAM FOR 5TH-12TH GRADERS THAT TEACHES IMPORTANT SELF-LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS, HELD IN THREE 2-HOUR SESSIONS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS AND THREE 3-HOUR SESSIONS FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS.
