CLUB LEAD AND LEADS PROGRAMS: CLUB LEAD: DURING- AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR 5TH-12TH GRADERS THAT TEACHES SELF-LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING GOAL SETTING, THE POWER OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS, TEAM DYNAMICS, AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.LEADERSHIP EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT SERIES (LEADS): PROGRAM FOR 5TH-12TH GRADERS THAT TEACHES IMPORTANT SELF-LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS, HELD IN THREE 2-HOUR SESSIONS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS AND THREE 3-HOUR SESSIONS FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS.


CAMP LEAD AND LEAD CHAMBER PROGRAMS:CAMP LEAD: SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS THAT COMBATS SUMMER LEARNING LOSS BY HELPING STUDENTS FRESHEN THEIR ACADEMICS WHILE LEARNING IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS LIKE COMMUNICATION, GOAL SETTING, AND TEAMWORK.CHAMBER LEADERSHIP ACADEMY: INTENSE FIVE HALF DAY PROGRAM EXPERIENCES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE THAT TEACHES SOFT SKILLS AND CONNECTS STUDENTS WITH PROFESSIONALS AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES.


TRANSITIONS PROGRAM: TRANSITIONS: PROGRAM FOR 5TH - 12TH GRADE STUDENTS IN TRANSITION NAVIGATING THE PASSAGE FROM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO MIDDLE SCHOOL, OR FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL TO HIGH SCHOOL THAT FOCUSES ON SKILLS SPECIFICALLY NEEDED FOR MAKING A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION - SUCH AS TIME MANAGEMENT, LIFE BALANCE, AND GOAL SETTING, COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS. (AVAILABLE IN A VIRTUAL CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE ALSO).


CONFERENCES AND LEAD WITH AN IDEA PROGRAMS:CUSTOMIZED CONFERENCES: SHORT-TERM PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS OR TEACHERS TO CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS.LEAD WITH AN IDEA: A PROGRAM TO GUIDE ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH A SERIES OF INTERACTICE DISCUSSIONS FOCUSED ON INCLUSIVITY WITHIN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT. PROVIDING AN OPPORTUNITY TO EMPOWERING ADMINISTRATORS/STAFF AND STUDENTS TO HAVE THEIR VOICE HEARD IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INCLUSIVE SCHOOL CULTURE.
