THE ORGANIZATION IS FOCUSED ON BENEFITING THE LIVES OF THE COMMUNITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. BY EDUCATING INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS WITH CERTIFIED TRADE PARTNERS, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES THE COMMUNITY WITH A SKILLED AND DEVELOPED WORKFORCE TRAINED IN BETTERING THE COMMUNITY. NOT ONLY IT IS FOCUSED PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION IN THE TRADES, IT ALSO FOCUSED ON CREATING A HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT WITH ITS WORK IN REDUCING LANDFILLS.

REPURPOSE/REUSE/RECYCLING PROGRAM:THE ORGANIZATION DONATED PERSONAL PROPERTY TO THE COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE ITS PROGRAM ON REPURPOSING, REUSING, AND RECYCLING MATERIALS RECEIVED FROM ITS NONCASH CONTRIBUTORS. THERE WERE 3 ENTITIES AND OVER 200 INDIVIDUALS THAT BENEFITTED IN THIS PROGRAM DURING 2021.
TRADESMENT DEVELOPMENT:THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION WITH CERTIFIED TRADE PARTNERS TO INDIVIDUALS (STUDENTS) WHO WANT TO GO INTO TRADES. HANDS-ON INSTRUCTIONS WERE CONDUCTED BY CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS WITH THE HOME AS A CLASSROOM. STUDENTS WERE TRAINED AND WERE ASSIGNED WITH MENTORS, WHICH ALLOWED FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK WITHIN THE PROGRAM PROVIDING CONTACTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN TRADES. THERE WERE ABOUT 28 STUDENTS, 2 ENTITIES, 1 GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND 1 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHO PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM DURING 2021.
