MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES: THE ORGANIZATION'S STAFF AND AFFILIATE CONSULTANTS PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE IN KEY AREAS OF NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT INCLUDING FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, REPORTING AND BOOKKEEPING SERVICES, MARKETING AND SOCIALMEDIA, FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONAL RESOURCES. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS CREATE SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE NONPROFITS' EFFICIENCY, EFFECTIVENESS AND COMMUNITY IMPACT. THE ORGANIZATION'S FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND AFFILIATES HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN NONPROFIT AND FOR-PROFIT ACCOUNTING, ASSISTING AGENCIES WITH FINANCE OBJECTIVES SUCH AS IMPROVING ACCOUNTING STRUCTURE, SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES; CREATING BOARD PACKAGES THAT EVERYONE CAN UNDERSTAND; AND TRAINING STAFF IN ONE-ON-ONE OR GROUP SETTINGS. NONPROFITS FIRST PROVIDES GROW GRANTS "GRANTS TO REACH ORGANIZATIONAL WELLNESS" FOR CAPACITY BUILDING WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO THE GROWTH OF THE NONPROFIT SECTOR IN CONTINUING TO SERVE AND STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY. 37 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVED OVER $370,000 IN CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES FROM THE NONPROFITS FIRST GROW PROGRAM DURING 2021. CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES INCLUDED: STRATEGIC PLANNING CONSULTING, STAFF TRAINING, NONPROFIT JOB POSTINGS, EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING PLANS, AND ORGANIZATION REVITALIZATION.
ACCREDITATION: : EMPOWERING NONPROFITS TO OPERATE AT THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF DESIRED IMPACT, ACCREDITATION WAS DEVELOPED TO STRENGTHEN THE OPERATIONAL CAPACITY OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. 83 ORGANIZATIONS PARTICIPATED IN THE ACCREDITATION PROGRAM IN 2021. COLLECTIVELY, THESE 83 ORGANIZATIONS ACCOUNT FOR OVER $725,000,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE (OVER $100,000,000 OF WHICH IS CONTRIBUTED BY LOCAL FUNDERS WHICH REQUIRE ACCREDITATION). ACCREDITED ORGANIZATIONS CONTRIBUTE JUST UNDER 1% OF PALM BEACH COUNTY'S TOTAL GDP, WITH THE ECONOMIC IMPACT REACHING EVERY CORNER OF OUR COMMUNITY.
MEMBERSHIP DUES: THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED ITS FIRST EVER MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS IN 2014. DESPITE THE IMPACT OF 2021, MEMBERSHIP HAS SHOWN SUSTAINED GROWTH FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS. MEMBERSHIP SERVES 198 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND 101 AFFILIATE CONSULTANTS.
