EQUINE RESCUE FROM PHYSICAL ABUSE OR STARVATION. ILEHC PROVIDES SHELTER, PASTURE, FEED, MEDICAL, DENTAL, FARRIER TREATMENTS AND SERVICES. HORSES ARE REHABILITATED WHEN POSSIBLE AND PLACED WITH AN ADOPTIVE OWNER. THOSE NOT ELIGIBLE REMAIN AS ILEHC SANCTUARY HORSES. ILEHC ALSO PROVIDES EQUINE WELFARE EDUCATION TO THE COMMUNITY.
