TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT IMPACTED FAMILIES BY CONNECTING THEM WITH OTHER FAMILIES WHO HAVE HAD A HEMISPHERECTOMY OR SIMILAR SURGERY. TO WORK TOGETHER WITH MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TO FUND RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSE OF THE DISEASE THAT LEAD TO INTRACTABLE EPILEPSY, HEMISPHERECTOMY, AND THE SURGERY ITSELF. TO RAISE MONEY FOR CAMP FEES, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR TRADE SCHOOLS AND HIGHER EDUCATION AS WELL AS PROVIDE FINANCIAL RELIEF FOR STRUGGLING FAMILIES.

PROVIDED OPPORTUNITY FOR FAMILIES OF HEMISPERECTOMY PATIENTS TO GATHER AND CELEBRATE THE PATIENTS' SUCCESS, SHARE INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE, GENERALLY SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER IN THE ONGOING ISSUES RELATED TO THE RECOVERY AND ONGOING LIFE ACTIVITIES OF AFFECTED FAMILIES.
PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FOR CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS, FINANCIAL AID FOR FAMILY SUPPORT AND COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE HAD A HEMISPHERECTOMY.
PROVIDE GRANTS TO PHYSICIANS AND OTHER RELEVANT INDIVIDUALS TO MEET TO DISCUSS THE CURENT TRENDS IN DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND RECOVERY OF DISEASES THAT LEAD TO A PATIENT HAVING AN HEMISPHERECTOMY.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICE GRANTS FOR AID TO FAMILIES WHO HAVE HAD OR IN PROCESS OF A HEMISPHERECTOMY. INCLUDES CAMPERSHIPS TO APPROPRIATE SUMMER CAMP FOR SUCH A PATIENT.
