THIS INCLUDES SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY ON BEHALF OF PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS COMMUNITY HEALTH CONNECTION (GNOCHC), AND OPPORTUNITIES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT. THESE ADVOCACY EFFORTS ENSURE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE AND CARE IS PROVIDED THROUGH COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS WHICH ARE DELIVERING CARE TO THE MOST VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN NEW ORLEANS.
OUTREACH AND EDUCATION:504HEALTHCONNECT- 504HEALTHNET IS ACTIVE IN HELPING RESIDENTS' ACCESS HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CARE IN THEIR COMMUNITY BY CONNECTING RESIDENTS, BOTH WITH AND WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE, WITH A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.
MEMBER SERVICES - 504HEALTHNET ORGANIZATION MEMBERS HAVE A COMMITMENT TO PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY MEDICAL CARE TO RESIDENTS OF THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS AREA, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY.
