CORPORATION OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSES BY (A) MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS TO QUALIFIED CHARITIES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON ASSISTING HOUSTON, TEXAS AREA FAMILIES IN NEED, AND (B) SUPPORTING EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH OTHER QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS, HOUSTON AREA YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS, SCHOOLS, ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES, AND AID FOR THE HUNGRY AND HOMELESS. THE SUPPORT WILL INCLUDE BOTH MONETARY GIFTS AS WELL AS VOLUNTEERISM ORGANIZED BY THE CORPORATION.
