EACH MEMBER HAS THE ABILITY TO DIRECT THE FUNDS FROM THEIR ACCOUNT TO ANY CHARITY OF THEIR CHOICE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A GIVING PLATFORM FOR INDIVIDUALS, EMPLOYEES, AND EMPLOYERS TO DONATE TO SELECTED 501(C)3 CHARITIES.
IN DECEMBER 2015, THE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO A 5 YEAR FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITH THE OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT (OPM) FOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN (CFC). THE CFC IS THE ANNUAL WORKPLACE CHARITY CAMPAIGN FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES. THE CONTRACT HAS DISTINCT OUTCOMES FOR EACH YEAR. THE PRIMARY OUTCOME FOR THE FIRST YEAR OF THE CONTRACT WHICH ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2016, WAS THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ON-LINE CHARITY APPLICATION SYSTEM. THE PRIMARY OUTCOME FOR THE SECOND YEAR WHICH ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2017 WAS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PAYROLL DEDUCTION SYSTEM, ONLINE CHARITY LOOKUP AND CHARITY PLEDGING ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE. IN YEARS THREE THROUGH FIVE OF THE CONTRACT, THE PRIMARY FOCUS IS ADMINISTRATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DONATED FUNDS TO CHARITIES, AS WELL AS MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM. IN JANUARY 2021 THE CONTRACT WAS EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 5 YEAR PERIOD.
