THE YOUTH MENTORING COLLABORATIVE (YMC) IS A CAPACITY-BUILDING ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO INCREASING THE NUMBER OF BLACK AND BROWN YOUTH IN IDENTITY-AFFIRMING MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS WHILE WORKING TO DISMANTLE THE SYSTEMIC BARRIERS THAT YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES FACE ON A DAILY BASIS.

MENTORHUB APPLICATION FISCAL SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM - DESIGNED TO COMPLEMENT AND ENHANCE TRADITIONAL MENTORING, ADVISING AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE THE ACADEMIC WELL-BEING OUTCOMES OF YOUTH.
MENTOR NORTH CAROLINA - IN ORDER TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH FURTHER HIGH QUALITY MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES. MOVEMENT OF YOUTH AGREED TO PROVIDE THE LEADERSHIP AND INFRASTRUCTURE NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE EXPANSION OF QUALITY MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS NORTH CAROLINA. THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SERVE A UNIQUE ROLE AS A CLEARINGHOUSE FOR TRAINING, RESOURCES, PUBLIC AWARENESS AND ADVOCACY - PROVIDING THE CRITICAL LINK BETWEEN MENTOR'S NATIONAL EFFORTS AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND PROGRAMS THAT FOSTER AND SUPPORT QUALITY MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS.
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY IS HELD TWICE A MONTH AND FEATURES A VARIETY OF SESSIONS BUILT TO CHALLEGE PARTICIPANTS IN DIFFERENT WAYS INTELLECTUALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND SOCIALLY. SESSIONS ARE TAILORED TO ADDRESS THE COMPLEX AND UNIQUE ISSUES THAT DIVERSE YOUTH FACE DAILY WHILE ALSO PROVIDING FOR INDIVIDUAL GROWTH AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.LEADERSHIP ACADEMY'S FOCUS IS TO HELP STUDENTS MASTER 21ST CENTURY SKILLS WHICH INCLUDE ORAL PRESENTATION, TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP, DATA ANALYSIS, ADVANCED LITERACY AND TECHNOLOGY
