SUMMER DAY CAMPS - USING A VARIETY OF SHOOTING SPORTS STUDENTS LEARN RESPECT, CONCENTRATION, SAFETY AND MARKSMANSHIP PROGRESSING FROM ONE LEVEL TO THE NEXT. MENTORSHIP TAKES PLACE AS RELATIONSHIPS ARE BUILT WITH THE ADULT LEADERS. AFTER SCHOOL ARCHERY PROGRAMS - THESE ARE ENTRY LEVEL ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS TO EXPLORE THE SPORT OF ARCHERY AND MEET SOME OF THE ADULT MENTORS FROM ON TARGET OUTFITTERS. STUDENTS LEAVE WITH GREATER CONFIDENCE AND NEW FRIENDS. MANY CONTINUE ON WITH OTHER PROGRAMS WHERE DEEPER MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES CAN TAKE PLACE. MENTORED HUNTING EXPERIENCES - THIS SERVICE PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS TO EXPERIENCE THE SPORT AND TRADITION OF HUNTING UNDER THE GUIDANCE AND SUPERVISION OF AN EXPERIENCED MENTOR.
