RECRUITING PROGRAM: TO ACHIEVE OUR MISSION OF CREATING DISCIPLES THROUGH CHURCH PLANTING, ASSISTING MISSIONAL-FOCUSED CHURCHES AND SPIRITUAL FORMATION FOR LEADERS, WE CONTINUE TO ENHANCE OUR RECRUITING PROGRAM TO DISCOVER, RECRUIT, TRAIN, DEPLOY, MONITOR AND NURTURE LEADERS. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES AT SEMINARIES AND UNIVERSITIES, AS WELL AS RELATIONALLY BASED COMMUNITY GATHERINGS.
