THE COMMUNITY SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM COVERS GRANTS PROVIDED TO THE TRUE VALUE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB, AS WELL AS AWARDS TO THE CHICAGOLAND BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS. THESE GRANTS CONTINUE THE HERITAGE OF NURTURING STRONGER FUTURES FOR AT-RISK YOUTH WHO DEPEND ON THESE CLUBS. IN ADDITION, BEGINNING IN 2020, THIS PROGRAM COVERS THE COST OF HEALTH AND SAFETY KITS DONATED TO SCHOOLS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AS PART OF THE "EDUCATIONAL HEROES SAFETY CAMPAIGN".
PAINTING A BRIGHTER FUTURE IS A PROGRAM THAT RALLIES RETAILERS TO THE CAUSE OF ENHANCING THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOLS AS WELL AS BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS ACROSS THE COUNTRY THAT MEET BASIC QUALIFICATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR AN AWARD TO RECEIVE UP TO 40 GALLONS OF PAINT TO HELP IMPROVE ITS FACILITIES. SINCE 2009, APPROXIMATELY 25,000 GALLONS OF PAINT HAVE BEEN DONATED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.

FOR 2021, THE FOUNDATION DONATED TO 71 ORGANIZATIONS VIA 54 UNIQUE RETAILERS.
