COMMUNITY SERVICES FIRST HOUSING CORPORATION (THE CORPORATION) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE DEVELOMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER LIVING. THE CORPORATION OPERATES THE DODGE ROAD RESIDENCE AND THE BAYVIEW ROAD RESIDENCE (THE RESIDENCES), SIX UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN AMHERST, NY AND HAMBURG, NY, RESPECTIVELY (THE PROJECTS). THE PROJECTS ARE INSURED AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT. SUCH RESIDENCES ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT, CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
