MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL CHARITIES (CHARITIES) IS A TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL LEAGUES, INC., A FLORIDA NONPROFIT CORPORATION (THE "ASSOCIATION") DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(6) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE (THE "CODE").CHARITIES WAS ORGANIZED TO SUPPORT THE ASSOCIATION'S CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THE ASSOCIATION'S ACTIVITIES ARE LOCATED AND CONTINUES TO OPERATE IN THIS CAPACITY.
