SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PHYSICIAN AND OTHER HEALTHCARE-RELATED SERVICES TO INDIGENT PATIENTS IN TARRANT COUNTY BY ENTERING INTO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH HANDS-ON HEALTHCARE PROVIDER GROUPS TO FURNISH CARE IN LOCAL HOSPITALS AND CLINICS.
