VALLEY CARE ENDOWMENT CORPORATION IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF VALLEY CARE ASSOCIATION ("VCA"), A PENNSYLVANIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, AND SHALL HOLD, MANAGE, INVEST AND/OR MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS OF ITS ASSETS AND OTHER FUNDS IN WAYS WHICH BENEFIT, MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE VCA AND ITS AFFILIATES IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF VCA.

TO SUPPORT AND FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF VALLEY CARE ASSOCIATION ("VCA") BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH VCA TO SUPPORT THE ADULT DAY CARE PROGRAM AND THE HOME SAFE HOME PROGRAM IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF VCA.
TO PROVIDE GENERAL SUPPORT TO THE SEWICKLEY VALLEY YMCA'S Y PROGRAM IN 2022 FOR SUPPORTING OPPORTUNITIES AND PROGRAMS TOWARDS AGAING AT HOME INITIATIVES IN THE REGION. VALLEY CARE ENDOWMENT CORPORATION'S ("VCEC") SERVICE MISSION IS TO SUPPORT AGING WITH COMFORT AND DIGNITY. THE SEWICKLEY VALLEY YMCA MAKES AN ANNUAL GRANT REQUEST AND REPORTS QUARTERLY TO THE VCEC BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON THE PROGRESS OF THE INITIATIVES DEFINED IN THE GRANT.
