IN 2021, THESE NUMBERS HAVE FACES PROVIDED ACCESS TO A UNIVERSITY EDUCATION FOR 65 STUDENTS. WE ALSO FACILITATED MONTHLY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS TO EQUIP THEM WITH THE LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE EFFECTIVE SELFLESS LEADERS WHO MAKE A TRANSFORMATIONAL DIFFERENCE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. IN SPITE OF THE CONTINUED CHALLENGES CAUSED BY THE COVID PANDEMIC THIS PAST YEAR, INCLUDING SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE ACADEMIC CALENDARS OF THE UNIVERSITIES OUR STUDENTS ATTEND, ALL 28 OF OUR SCHOLARS WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO GRADUATE INDEED COMPLETED THEIR PROGRAMS AND GRADUATED. ALSO, ALL OF OUR OTHER STUDENTS COMPLETED THEIR ACADEMIC YEAR SUCCESSFULLY AND HAVE NOW MOVED ON TO THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR. IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS, 94% OF OUR STUDENTS HAVE GRADUATED SUCCESSFULLY FROM UNIVERSITY AND 37% OF OUR STUDENTS HAVE GRADUATED IN THE TOP 10% OF THEIR CLASSES. IN FACT, THE ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT GRADUATED SUCCESSFULLY ARE THOSE WHO GREW UP IN REFUGEE CAMPS AND WERE RELOCATED BEFORE GRADUATING. IN 2021, 57% OF OUR STUDENTS WERE WOMEN.
