TOTAL LIFE HEALTHCARE, INC. OPERATES A PACE PROGRAM IN NORTHEAST ARKANSAS TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE AND RELATED SERVICES TO THE FRAIL ELDERLY. THIS PROGRAM SERVES THE SENIOR POPULATION AND PROVIDES FOR THEIR CHRONIC CARE NEEDS. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE A CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT EXTENDS THE PATIENTS' ABILITY TO REMAIN INDEPENDENT.
