FINANCING ASSISTANCE IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SOURCES OF FUNDING AT THE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS AND STRUCTURING PROJECTS TO OBTAIN THE GREATEST AMOUNT OF LOW COST FINANCING. EGCW FACILITATES THE PROCESS FROM DUE DILIGENCE THROUGH CLOSING.
