DEVELOPED THE DESIGN CHALLENGE PROGRAM WHICH IS AVAILABLE TO ALL BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF LEWISTOWN, PA. DEVELOPED THE ELM STREET PROGRAM, AND RECEIVED THE KEYSTONE COMMUNITIES DESIGNATION, WITH THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE NEIGHBORHOOD SURROUNDING THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF LEWISTOWN, PA. THESE PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS OTHER INITIATIVES, ARE DESIGNED TO CREATE PUBLIC AWARENESS ON COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ISSUES, AND COORDINATE THEIR IMPLEMENTATION. PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF LEWISTOWN AREA AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
