PROVIDE WEEKLY SPIRITUAL CARE AND PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING IN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES IN THE SOUTHWESTERN REGION OF PENNSYLVANIA. CARE WAS PROVIDED AT 2 FACILITIES WITH RESIDENT COUNTS VARYING AT EACH FACILITY. OUR COST IS FOR CHAPLAINS' FEES AND INSURANCE COSTS AS APPLICABLE.
