CONSUMER HEALTH COALITION (CHC) IS DEDICATED TO INSPIRING A CONSUMER MOVEMENT TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH AND ENHANCE ACCESS TO QUALITY AND AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE. WE FURTHER OUR MISSION BY TARGETING POPULATIONS THAT ARE AT RISK FOR EXPERIENCING BARRIERS TO EQUIABLE HEALTHCARE

CHC FOR THE 2020-2021 PROGRAM YEAR PARTNERED WITH THREE ORGANIZATIONS TO ENSURE THE ADVOCACY WORK FOR THE ORGANZIATION WAS SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED. THOSE ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDED PADDC, ALLEGHENY COUNTY JAIL AND PACHC. EACH PROGRAM HAD A DEDICATED CHC LIASION WHO OVERSAW THE PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED METRICS AND OUTCOMES WERE MET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GRANT TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS. IN JULY OF 2021, CHC WAS ACQUIRED BY THREE RIVERS YOUTH, LLC AND SUBSEQUENTLY TURNED OVER ALL PRGRAMS AND STAFF TO TRY TO CONTINUE RUNNING DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS AND PROGRAM COMMITMENTS.
