THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE PLANNED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO ACHIEVE ITS PURPOSE: 1) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITIES OF BRADFORD AND TIOGA COUNTIES BY FINANCING THE ACQUISITION OR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING PURPOSES. 2) PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OTHER CHARITABLE NOT-FOR-PROFIT IRC SECTION 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS IN BRADFORD AND TIOGA COUNTIES BY ASSISTING IN THE FINANCING FOR THE ACQUISITION AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING PURPOSES. 3) ACQUIRE BY LEASE, PURCHASE, LEASE-BACK OR OTHERWISE, REAL ESTATE IN BRADFORD AND TIOGA COUNTIES TO CONSTRUCT OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRE AND EQUIP BUILDINGS WHICH MAY BE UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITIES OF BRADFORD AND TIOGA COUNTIES OR BY OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT SECTION 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS FOR LOW RENT HOUSING AND OTHER CIVIC PURPOSES AUTHORIZED BY LAW. 4) BORROW FUNDS NECESSARY TO FUND THE COSTS OF ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING, AND OPERATING SUCH PROPERTIES AND FACILITIES.
