EXTEND THE HEALING POWER OF THE ARTS TO HUMAN BEINGS OF ALL AGES, FROM THE WORRIED WELL TO THOSE WITH PAIN AND SUFFERING, WHETHER CHRONIC OR ACUTE.PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE FILMS DEMONSTRATING THE HEALING POWER OF THE ARTS AND PROVIDE INFO ABOUT RELATED RESOURCES.

THE EXPRESSIVE THERAPIES SUMMIT (NOVEMBER) IS A 4-DAY TRAINING CONFERENCE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE LEADING-EDGE TRAINING IN BEST PRACTICES FOR ARTS THERAPISTS, COUNSELORS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, SOCIAL WORKERS, PLAY THERAPISTS AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND EDUCATORS IN KEEPING WITH THE MISSION OF EXPRESSIVE MEDIA.THE SPRING INSTITUTE/MID-ATLANTIC PLAY THERAPY TRAINING INSTITUTE (APRIL) IS A 3-DAY TRAINING DESIGNED TO PROVIDE LEADING-EDGE TRAINING IN BEST PRACTICES FOR PLAY THERAPISTS, ARTS THERAPISTS, COUNSELORS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, SOCIAL WORKERS, AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND EDUCATORS IN KEEPING WITH THE MISSION OF EXPRESSIVE MEDIA.
