AND THE RACING ASSOCIATIONS. ALSO, THE ASSOCIATION ACTS AS A FIDUCIARY IN THE COLLECTION AND DISPERSAL OF GAMING FUNDS FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA RACEHORSE DEVELOPMENT FUND WHICH MUST BE USED FOR HORSE RACING PURSES AND PENSION AND HEALTH BENEFITS FOR HORSEMEN AND HORSEWOMEN.
