MADE AVAILABLE FOR OPERATIONS TO LOCAL NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, MINOR REPAIRS DONE INCLUDING ROOF REPAIR, DRAINAGE REPAIR AND COMMENCED REPLACEMENT OF EXTERIOR CANOPY. ARCADIA PERFORMING ARTS THEATRE MADE AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC STAGE SHOWS PERFORMED BY LOCAL YOUTH. IN ADDITION, MONTHLY MUSICAL PERFORMANCES AT THE THEATER. ECHF SPONSORED ONE SHOW.
COAL HERITAGE EDUCATION OF GENERAL PUBLIC OF HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF COAL MINING INDUSTRY PRESERVATION OF TOWN CLOCK THAT HAS SIGNIFICANCE TO THE HISTORY OF THE TOWN OF WINDBER.
