ANNUAL MEETING - THE MEETING IS HELD ONCE A YEAR AND IS OUR MAJOR SCIENTIFIC CE EVENT, WHICH PROVIDES CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR OUR 900+ PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS AND STUDENT TRAINEES. OUR 25 COMMITTEES MEET AND DELIBERATE.
SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS - THE JOURNAL OF VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC INVESTIGATION (JVDI) IS A PROFESSIONAL JOURNAL WITH INTERNATIONAL IMPACT ON THE TOPIC OF ANIMAL HEALTH DIAGNOSTIC MEDICINE AND LABORATORY PROCEDURES. THERE ARE SIX ISSUES PER YEAR, TOTALING ABOUT 1200 PAGES OF SCIENTIFIC STUDIES.
LOBBYING/ADVOCACY - WE HIRE A LOBBYIST TO ADVISE AND ADVOCATE FOR PROGRAM SUPPORT OF THE OPERATIONS OF THE STATE ANIMAL HEALTH LABORATORIES.
