TO PROMOTE COOPERATION BETWEEN THE MEMBER CLUBS, AND TO ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE PARTICIPATION IN REGIONAL, SECTIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL FIGURE SKATING COMPETITIONS.
