ALABAMA PATTERN JURY WRITES PATTERN JURY INSTRUCTIONS TO BE GIVEN TO JURIES IN CIVIL TRIALS BY THE JUDGE PRESIDING OVER THE TRIALS. THE PATTERN JURY INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALSO USED BY THE ATTORNEYS TO ELIMINATE THE NECESSITY OF NUMBEROUS WRITTEN REQUESTED CHARGES AND TO CLARIFY AND UPDATE THE CIVIL LAWS OF ALABAMA. AN ORIGINAL VOLUME AND A SECOND EDITION OF THE BOOK WERE PUBLISHED TO ACHIEVE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
