PROGRAMS LIKE FCPO'S COP 2 COP DISCIPLESHIP PROVIDE BIBLICAL RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO ENCOURAGE AND GUIDE THEIR MEMBERS TO DEVELOP A DEEP FAITH, EQUIPPED TO BE DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AND RESOURCES TO HELP OFFICERS STAND FIRM IN THE FACE OF SPECIFIC CHALLENGES SUCH AS DIVORCE, DOMESTIC ABUSE, ALCOHOL AND/OR PRESCRIPTION DRUG ABUSE, AND SUICIDE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THEIR NETWORK OF CHAPTERS NATIONWIDE. FCPO ALSO HELD ITS FIRST LEADERS CONFERENCE DURING THE YEAR WHICH BROUGHT TOGETHER CHAPTER LEADERS FROM 18 STATES FOR A TIME OF EQUIPPING, ENCOURAGEMENT AND EXCITEMENT.
