ASSISTANCE TO CONSERVATION GROUPS. PROVIDE ENVIROMENTAL EDUCATION FOR 800 SARASOTA COUNTY SCHOOL CHILDREN, INCLUDING FREE TRANSPORTATION. ACTIVE IN BEACH NESTING BIRD PROTECTION. PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO COLLEGE BOUND LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS.
PROVIDE ENVIROMENTAL CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS TO MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PROVIDE FREE CLASSROOM SPACE FOR OUTSIDE NON-PROFIT GROUPS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL DEPARTMENTS IN ORDER FOR THEM TO DELIVER EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES.
