THE ORGANIZATION HAS ONGOING, YEAR-ROUND ZEN PRACTICE SESSIONS. STUDENTS ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE IN MORNING - EVENING MEDITATIONS. WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS ARE HELD AT OUR FACILITY BY VARIOUS GROUPS. THESE RETREATS AND SEMINARS ARE GENERALLY HELD FOR SPIRITUAL OR HEALING PURPOSES AND GENERALLY HAVE 20-25 PARTICIPANTS PER RETREAT. SESSHINS, WEEKLONG INTENSIVE MEDITATION RETREATS, WHICH ARE ESSENTIALLY 7 DAYS OF CONTINUING MEDITATION, ARE ALSO HELD.
