ISCA EMPOWERED MARGINALIZED PEOPLE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES AND COMMUNITIES BY ISSUING GRANTS TO THIRTEEN (13) QUALIFIED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TO MARGINALIZED PEOPLE.
ISCA ISSUED GRANTS TO THE SEVENTH AVENUE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (SAPC) OF SAN FRANCISCO. SAPC HAS A LONG HISTORY OF SUPPORTING NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS AND OF BUILDING COMMUNITY AMONG THE INNER SUNSET NEIGHBORHOOD OF SAN FRANCISCO. IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING RELIGIOUS SERVICES, SAPC HOSTS A CHILDCARE CENTER, ADDICTION-RECOVERY GROUPS, HEALTH CARE INFORMATION SERVICES OF LOW-INCOME SENIORS, NEIGHBORHOODS ARTS AND PERFORMANCES, AND RELATED COMMUNITY SERVICES.
