EVERY 3 YEARS WE SIGN A NEW CONTRACT WITH USPS GIVING OUR RURAL CARRIERS COLAS, BETTER HEALTH BENEFITS, SAFER WORK PLACES, ETC. THIS PAST CONTRACT WE NEGOTIATED MUCH BETTER HEALTH BENEFITS FOR OUR RURAL CARRIER ASSOCIATES. WE ALSO NEGOTIATED FOR OUR RURAL CARRIERS TO RECEIVE ALL COLAS, COVID PAY, AND MADE SURE THAT ALL NEW RCAS WILL ONLY WORK ON THEIR PRIMARY ROUTE FOR THREE WEEKS BEFORE BEING PUT ON ANY OTHER ROUTE.
