AT PARKVIEW HEALTH SYSTEM, INC. WE MAINTAIN FOUNDATIONS FOR EACH OF OUR HOSPITALS. THESE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT FOR OUR MISSION OF PROVIDING QUALITY HEALTH SERVICES TO ALL WHO ENTRUST THEIR CARE TO PARKVIEW. WE ALSO STRIVE TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITIES THAT WE SERVE.THE PARKVIEW FOUNDATION, INC. BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS THAT FOSTER GIFT GIVING FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS, CAREGIVERS, IN THE FORM OF HOSPITAL PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND EQUIPMENT. THESE RELATIONSHIPS ARE BUILT WITH PARKVIEW HOSPITAL, INC. CO-WORKERS, PHYSICIANS, VENDORS, PATIENT FAMILIES, AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. THE(SEE SCHEDULE O FOR CONTINUATION)PARKVIEW FOUNDATION, INC.
