RESEARCH FUND -- RESEARCH-RELATED FUNDS EXTERNALLY RESTRICTED BY THE UNIVERSITY THAT HAVE A NON-EXPANDABLE REQUIREMENT AS WELL AS OTHER LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR USE AS AGREED UPON BY THE DONOR AND THE UNIVERSITY.
