NURTURES LIFELONG LEARNING IN ADULTS WITH DOWN SYNDROME. OUR PROGRAM OFFERS INSTRUCTION TRAINING & COACHING IN THE AREAS OF BASIC LIVING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND HOME ACADEMIC & PRE-VOCATIONAL SKILLS. IN BEHAVIOR BEHAVIOR MODELING INSTRUCTION AND COACHING ARE PROVIDED TO ADDRESS PROBLEMATIC BEHAVIORS THAT PREVENT & INHIBIT INDIVIDUAL SUCCESS & PERFORMANCE. OUR PROGRAM IS SCHEDULED 5 DAYS A WEEK FROM 8AM TO 6PM
ORGANIZE ANNUAL BUDDY WALK FESTIVAL TO RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN SYNDROME AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES AND BECOME ACCEPTED AS A PART OF OUR VERY DIVERSE COMMUNITY NOTE: 2020 BUDDY WALK HAD TO BE A VIRTUAL EVENT RATHER THAN IN-PERSON DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC
