THIS PROGRAM REIMBURSES PANORAMA, A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, I.D. 94- 3048988, FOR THE SALARIES AND BENEFITS OF FOUR SOCIAL WORKERS WHO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ALL RESIDENTS OF PANORAMA, A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. ADDITIONALLY, THE FUND CONTRIBUTED 201,609 TO PANORAMA BY PAYING FOR BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS TO A BUILDING OWNED BY PANORAMA, USED FOR THE FUND'S SOCIAL SERVICES AND FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES.


THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED RESIDENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO COVER NECESSARY MONTHLY LIVING EXPENSES, INCLUDING MEDICATIONS, MEDICAL CO-PAYS, MEDICAL APPLIANCES, DENTAL CARE, HOME HEALTH CARE, HOUSEKEEPING, INSURANCE, VETERINARY PET CARE, AND ONE-TIME EXPENSES SUCH AS A VEHICLE REPAIR. INDIVIDUALS WHO REQUIRED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WERE ALL RESIDENTS OF PANORAMA, A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY.


THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A SARA PENDANT FOR EACH NEW RESIDENT, REPLACEMENT BATTERIES, AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PENDANTS.
