THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES FOR THE GARBAGE/SANITATION SERVICES FOR ALL MEMBERS ON A TWICE WEEKLY BASIS.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES THAT INCLUDES POOLS, TENNIS COURTS, AND TWO CLUBHOUSES THAT SERVE THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP OF THE ASSOCIATION AND ASSISTS IN MAINTAINING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND THE MEMBERS' GENERAL WELL BEING.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES FOR THE SECURITY SERVICES FOR ALL MEMBERS ON A DAILY BASIS. THE SECURITY SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY CONTRACTING WITH HARRIS COUNTY TO PROVIDE FOR PATROL SERVICES OF THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE AND SPECIFIC FOR MEMBERS OF WESTADOR CIVIC ASSOCIATION.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES FOR STREETLIGHTS, WHICH PROVIDE ADEQUATE LIGHTING THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS OF COMMON AREAS.
