DELIVERY OF HOT, NUTRITIOUS MEALS TO OVER 350 ELDERLY RECIPIENTS EACH WEEKDAY THROUGHT THE SUPPORT OF OVER 450 VOLUNTEERS. CLIENTS ARE HOMEBOUND SENIORS AND SEVERELY DISABLED WHO ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE ADEQUATE MEALS FOR THEMSELVES. VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE A FRIENDLY VISIT AND A CRITICAL SAFETY CHECK. IN 2022, A TOTAL OF 77,204 MEALS WERE DELIVERED.
CLIENTELE WHO RECEIVE MEALS EACH MONTH AND ALSO HAVE PETS CAN OPT IN TO BE PART OF THE ANIMEALS PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF DELIVERING A MONTH SUPPLY OF PET FOOD FOR EACH PET IN THE HOUSEHOLD. VOLUNTEERS DELIVER PET FOOD TO OVER 100 CATS AND DOGS EACH MONTH.
