ASSOCIATION CONTRACTS TO KEEP THE ENTRANCES INTO THE SUBDIVISION AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS CLEAN,MOWED AND ATTRACTIVE. EXTERMINATES FOR MOSQUITOS AND KEEPS TREES AND SHRUBS TRIMMED.
