AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, THE FOUNDATION OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE HOSPITAL WHICH INCLUDE MAKING PAYMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITAL.
