THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WE CONDUCT HUNTER SAFETY PROGRAMS FOR FIREARMS AND ARCHERY. WE ALSO CONDUCT PROGRAMS ON FLYFISHING AND FLYTYING AND OTHER FISHING ACTIVITIES. WE PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO THREE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS GOING ON TO COLLEGE.
WE SPONSER TWO YOUN PEOPLE TO ATTEND THE MASSACHUSETTS CONSERVATION CAMP FOR TWO WEEKS ALL EXPENSE PAID. THE CAMP TEACHES HUNTER SAFETY, CONSERVATION, BOATING SAFETY AND OTHER OUT-DOOR SKILLS.
WE CONDUCT A FISHING DERBY IN THE SPRING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO 12 YEARS OLD AND THEIR PARENTS TO INTROCUDE THEM TO THE SPORT OF FISHING. WE PROVIDE THE FISH, EQUIPMENT, LUNCH, TROPHIES AND INSTRUCTORS TO HELP THEM HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE
