FACILITIES & PROGRAMS: CAS CURRENTLY MAINTAINS FACILITIES AND FIVE ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATORIES WITH AN EXTRAORDINARY SELECTION OF CURRENT AND HISTORICAL TELESCOPES. CAS MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND ITS MEMBER-VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT LARGE. CAS HOSTS OR PARTICIPATES IN PUBLIC OUTREACH EVENTS AT OUR FACILITIES, SCHOOLS, PARKS AND OTHER VENUES THROUGHOUT THE TRI-STATE AREA.
