ANNUAL TRAINING SEMINAR - PROVIDE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF OFFICERS IN MONTANA, APPROXIMATELY 100 OFFICERS ATTEND. INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES WITH A SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON CHILD ABUSE, RESTRAINT LAWS, BUCKLE-UP AWARENESS, GUN LOCK AND UNDERAGE DRINKING LAWS AND ENFORCEMENT.


OTHER SEMINARS - JAIL DIVERSION/MENTALLY ILL/SWAT: PROVIDE GRANTS FOR COUNTIES TO DEVELOP OPTIONS TO INCARCERATION.
