THE MISSION OF THE JEFFERSON COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION IS TO WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COLLEGE, THE COMMUNITY AND ALUMNI TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES PROVIDED BY THE COLLEGE.

SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED TO JEFFERSON COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO ARE TRADITIONAL STUDENTS FOLLOWING THEIR SECONDARY EDUCATION, OR NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENTS WHO HAVE RETURNED TO JEFFERSON AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME AWAY TO PURSUE THEIR COLLEGE DEGREES. SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS ARE BASED ON ECONOMIC NEED AND ACADEMIC PROMISE. ALMOST 45% OF OUR STUDENT BODY RELIES UPON THE AWARD OF THIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM TO MAKE THEIR DREAMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION A REALITY.
THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION STRIVES TO BUILD THE UNIQUE RELATIONSHIP OUR ALUMNI HAVE WITH JCC. ALUMNI SUPPORT OVER THE YEARS PROVIDES COUNTLESS STUDENTS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO REALIZE THEIR DREAMS OF A BETTER LIFE THROUGH EDUCATION. DONATIONS TO THE JCC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SUPPORT INITIATIVES ON CAMPUS AND STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AT JEFFERSON. IT IS THE MISSION OF THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION AND ALUMNI DEVELOPMENT STAFF TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR ALUMNI, OUR FACULTY AND STAFF, THE COMMUNITY AND THE COLLEGE TO SUPPORT CURRENT JCC STUDENTS.
