THE IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AREA ENCOMPASSED BY THIS ASSOCIATION AND THE SOLUTION OF COMMUNITY PROBLEMS. TO BUILD AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES TO SERVE THE AREA AND TO BUILD AND PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE AREA. TO BUY, SELL OR LEASE AND TO OWN REAL ESTATE IN ITS CORPORATE IDENTITY TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES SET FORTH HEREIN.
