PENNSYLVANIA FESTIVALS IS AN EVALUATION AND INCENTIVE PROGRAM USED TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO CONTINUE THE STUDY OF MUSIC THROUGHOUT THEIR SCHOOL YEARS.
PENNSYLVANIA FESTIVALS COMPETITION AWARDS BRINGS TOGETHER THE BEST COMPETITORS FROM ALL PFMC FESTIVAL AREAS COMPETITIONS TO COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER.
HARVEY GAUL AWARD IS AWARDED TO POST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES AGES 19 TO 26 FOR MUSICAL ACCOMPLISHMENT. THIS AWARD IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE NFMC STUDENT AUDITION PROGRAM. A $500 AWARD IS GIVEN TO EACH OF TWO SELECTED STUDENTS PER YEAR FOR FOUR YEARS.
