LINE 28: PROVIDED LIAISON BETWEEN THE SENIOR CITIZENS OF THE GRANITE FARMS ESTATES COMMUNITY AND ITS OWNER/OPERATOR. FACILITATED PROPER OPERATION AND FUNCTIONING TO IMPROVE RESIDENTS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE. ALL RESIDENTS BENEFITTED. LINE 29: HELPED PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY'S SENIOR RESIDENTS. COMMITTEES WERE FORMED AS NEEDED TO HELP ORGANIZE AND CARRY OUT SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES. ALL RESIDENTS ARE POTENTIALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. LINE 30: RAISED FUNDS BY COLLECTING VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP DUES AND BY HOLDING BAZAARS, BAKE SALES AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES THAT ARE VOLUNTEER-ORGANIZED AND CARRIED OUT. FUNDS ARE USED FOR THE BETTERMENT OF SENIOR RESIDENTS, AND ALSO FOR CHARITABLE GIVING. THE MAJORITY OF RESIDENTS PARTICIPATED; PARTICIPATION WAS OPEN TO ALL.
